John Warner is a Project Director with 35 years overseas experience in the Middle and Far East. Over the last 30 years he has managed International Consultancy Firms, obtained commissions and established offices in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines.
Mr. Warner has been responsible for forming and participating in consortia to design major mixed-use developments, tourism, hospitality and road and infrastructure projects and acted as Project Director for development of the project brief, project and resource programming and planning from project inception to completion.
Mr. Warner is a results focused professional with a determination to succeed. His overseas experience has given him a unique ability to handle difficult challenges including taking a business from start-up to a very successful consultancy practice employing 180 staff. He also has vast experience of working with a multi-disciplined / multi-cultural work force, both staff and management.
Mr. Warner is a highly reliable professional able to inspire and mentor team members, management and clients alike. He am a good communicator able to take a brief, explain what needs to be done and ensure that the end result is within budget, on time and exceeds the clients’ expectations.
Mr. Warner has always acted in an individual client facing role totally responsible for business development, company administration, profit and loss, staff relations and recruitment. He builds on team spirit and his staff has always displayed an enduring loyalty to work with him.
John Warner is of British descent and holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. He currently resides in the United Arab Emirates and is Director of Middle East Operations for the Apex Group of Companies.
