RBI was founded in 1985 and was acquired by the Apex Group in 2010.  The firm started with a single professional engineer and has grown to 48 full time engineers, architects, surveyors and administrative and technical staff.  The average experience of each employee exceeds 20 years.  The company has completed the design and construction of more than 200 projects with a construction value in excess of $750 million in the past 17 years.

Apex-RBI provides one-stop engineering, architectural and surveying services, including construction management, program/project management, construction inspection, environmental engineering and related services to private and governmental clients.  Apex-RBI employs experienced licensed design professionals who deliver cost effective solutions to our client’s needs, on schedule and under budget.  Our design and project management ability is complemented by the use of current state-of-the-art computers using the latest version of AutoCAD, Intergraph/Microstation and Primavera software. In addition, our workstations are networked with access to the Internet and other software such as Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect, VISIO and other design/construction software. Our surveying group uses the latest technology, including GPS satellite positioning, Auto Desk Land Development, Intergraph Site Works, TDS and Data Collection software.
